STEM Bridge Pathways expands access to robotics and STEM education through hands-on learning, mentorship, workshops, camps, and community collaboration. The program helps students and families explore pathways into programs such as FIRST LEGO League (FLL) and FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC).

Participants develop foundational skills in engineering, programming, and robotics while gaining confidence, mentorship, and connections within the STEM community.

Built as a community-powered initiative, STEM Bridge Pathways brings together volunteers, mentors, shared resources, and robotics teams to support accessible, collaborative STEM learning opportunities.

Open to students in Grade 6 and above. Programs may include:

🔥 PySTEM MiniBot: AI Robotics Workshop 🔥

PySTEM MiniBot AI Robotics WorkshopPySTEM MiniBot now supports voice control and interactive sensor-based behaviors, allowing students to explore AI through hands-on robotics. Students can also train their own neural networks to recognize custom voice commands.

 

Students can learn:

  • Python programming

  • Line following & obstacle navigation

  • Voice-controlled robotics

  • Sensors & electronics

  • Neural network training for custom voice commands

 

Designed for beginners, MiniBot combines robotics, programming, sensors, and AI into an accessible hands-on learning platform. Students build real-world engineering, robotics, and AI skills through interactive projects and experimentation.
