GIRLS IN ROBOTICS
Building confidence, creativity, and leadership through hands-on STEM.
Girls in Robotics is a STEM Bridge Center initiative designed to expand pathways for girls in robotics, engineering, and hands-on STEM learning. Through workshops, mentorship, team-based projects, and supportive learning environments, students explore technology by building, designing, programming, and solving real-world problems together.
Our goal is not only to increase participation, but to help students develop long-term confidence in engineering, leadership, collaboration, and technical problem solving.
Programs may include:
-
Beginner robotics workshops
-
Hands-on engineering and design activities
-
FTC/FLL robotics pathways
-
Programming and CAD introduction
-
Team mentorship and leadership opportunities
-
Community outreach and STEM events
-
Support for forming and growing all-girls robotics teams
Girls in Robotics welcomes students with all experience levels — from beginners exploring STEM for the first time to students interested in competitive robotics and advanced engineering projects.
Through mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on learning, we aim to create an environment where more girls feel empowered to build, lead, and innovate in STEM fields.
