STEM BRIDGE CENTER
Programs
FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) programs provide a progressive pathway for students to engage in robotics, engineering, and STEM learning from an early age through high school. Through hands-on challenges and team-based problem solving, FIRST programs emphasize not only technical skills, but also collaboration, creativity, and long-term skill development.

The FIRST ecosystem is structured to support students at different developmental stages, allowing them to grow continuously as learners, engineers, and leaders. Each program builds upon the previous one, increasing technical depth, team responsibility, and system-level thinking.

At SBC, FIRST programs are supported through shared infrastructure—including space, mentorship, tools, and knowledge—enabling teams to focus on learning and growth while operating in a sustainable, community-centered environment.
